The expected release date is 12.21.23, However, since the release date is close to the major holidays, it will take longer than expected for us to receive it from the distributors. As we were informed, they will ship out (to our warehouse) the SG24 in late December 2023 or it could be delayed to MID-JANUARY 2024. Please make sure to understand this timeline before placing the pre-order. Once we receive it, our shipping team will begin fulfillment processing on a first-order, first-serve basis.

You can download the PDF file by scanning the OR code included in the Season's Greetings with the camera.

- It prohibits duplication and distribution, modification of Digital Planner downloaded through QR codes.
- The Digital Planner is a non-physical product as digital file in PDF format.
- QR codes for downloading the digital planner can be re-authenticated even after the initial authentication.
- The degree of Digital Planner optimization may vary depending on the user's device environment.
- Digital planner cannot be exchanged or refunded regardless of whether they are downloaded or not.

IN-STORE PICKUP POLICY
Once your order is ready for in-store pickup, an email notification will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.
- BELLAIRE : Monday - Thursday (11 PM - 7 PM), Friday - Sunday (11 AM - 8 PM)
- KATY: Sunday - Friday (11 PM - 8 PM), Sunday (11 AM - 9 PM)
Processing time:
Once in-store pickup order has been submitted, please allow 2-3 BUSINESS DAYS to be processed and ready to be picked up at our physical store on the dates / hours above.
Once it is ready to be picked up, you will receive a SECOND notification via email. When picking up, please provide a valid photo ID or verify order details such as order number, name on order, or billing address.
We highly recommend customers to pick up within 1-2 weeks of their order being ready for in-store pickup.
