The expected release date is after 08.30.22. However, the shipment from South Korea might not ship until MID-END OF SEPTEMBER, 2022 and it usually takes us 7-14 business days, or in certain cases, it may take up to 2-4 weeks to receive the shipment (heavily depends on the production and shipping process from the manufacturer). Please note that this is not a guaranteed time frame as we may receive it earlier or later. Once we receive it, our shipping team will begin fulfillment processing on a first-order, first-serve basis.

Depending on the volume of pre-orders, fulfillment processing could take longer than expected.

IN-STORE PICKUP POLICY

Once your order is ready for in-store pickup, an email notification will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.

  • BELLAIRE : Monday - Thursday (11 PM - 7 PM), Friday - Sunday (11 AM - 8 PM)   
  • KATY: Sunday - Friday (11 PM - 8 PM), Sunday (11 AM - 9 PM)   

Processing time:

Once in-store pickup order has been submitted, please allow 2-3 BUSINESS DAYS to be processed and ready to be picked up at our physical store on the dates / hours above.

Once it is ready to be picked up, you will receive a SECOND notification via email. When picking up, please provide a valid photo ID or verify order details such as order number, name on order, or billing address.

We highly recommend customers to pick up within 1-2 weeks of their order being ready for in-store pickup.
