The expected release date is 12.22.23, and it usually takes 3-5 business days, or in some instances, it may take up to a week for us to receive the shipment. However, since the release date is close to the major holidays, it may take longer than expected for us to receive it from Korea. Therefore, we can't guarantee to receive it for Christmas. Once we receive it, our shipping team will begin fulfillment processing on a first-order, first-serve basis.

Depending on the pre-order volume, fulfillment processing could take longer than expected.

• The outer box/case/sleeve/cover is made to protect the product underneath. Small spots, scratches, flaws, discoloration, bend, crease, etc., may occur due to the nature of the material or during the manufacturing/packaging/delivery process and cannot be a reason for exchange or return. Small wrinkles, bent, creases, tears, etc., on the cover cannot be a reason for exchange or return. The inner sleeve may be affected because contact with the disk cannot be a reason for exchange or return. The disk label may not be applied smoothly due to the nature of the process.

• It prohibits duplication and distribution, modification of Digital Planner downloaded through QR codes.
• The Digital Planner is a non-physical product as digital file in PDF format.
• QR codes for downloading the digital planner can be re-authenticated even after the initial authentication.
• The degree of Digital Planner optimization may vary depending on the user's device environment.
• Digital planner cannot be exchanged or refunded regardless of whether they are downloaded or not.
