BEFORE PURCHASING, PLEASE READ THROUGH THE PRODUCT DETAILS:
- All photocards are official and are NOT manufactured by Eve Pink. Photocards are received through the official manufacturers/vendors in Korea, and each entertainment company has approved the images. Inclusions from albums or official merch are added for sale only if the album/merchandise they are from is labeled as damaged or no longer sellable. We do not separate inclusions for sale purposefully, and we do not sort inclusions upon request.
- Photocards may have possibilities of slight visible scratches, printing markings, lines, slight color discolorations, dents, smudging, etc. They were received from the supplier/manufacturer in this condition and cannot be returned or exchanged for this reason. All photocards are inspected before packaging for shipment. We understand the collective nature of these products and know how valuable they are to our customers. However, we need to make clear that small/minor defects may have occurred while manufacturers have printed or during transit, and Eve Pink cannot be responsible for individual personal preferences regarding the conditions of photo cards.
- Photocards, polaroids, lenticulars, postcards, etc., with matte finishes, may have whiteish lines or markings due to the nature of the finishes on the cards. Also, hologram photocards might look different in person, as shown in the picture, and discoloration due to the manufacturing process. They were received from the supplier/manufacturer in this condition and cannot be returned or exchanged for this reason.
- Please ensure you buy the members, groups, or units you want. No returns or exchanges are allowed if it was purchased incorrectly due to buyer error.
- Due to these items' small and fragile nature, only tracked shipping will be available. Only tracked shipping is available for official photocards for the product's safety and protection from loss. We strongly encourage choosing DHL or USPS priority with signature service for safe delivery. Eve Pink cannot be responsible for loss after your package has been scanned as delivered.
- All photo cards will have a purchase limit of 2 per design to prevent mass purchases with the intent to resell.
IMPORTANT NOTES:
- **Since we have stated all the precautions and disclaimer above, EVE PINK can't be responsible for any loss, and exchange/cancellation is not permitted under any circumstance**
- The color displayed on one's monitor, and the actual color may differ. The actual product may vary from the image shown.
- The outer box/case/sleeve/cover is made to protect the product underneath. Small spots, scratches, flaws, discoloration, bend, crease, etc., may occur due to the nature of the material or during the manufacturing/packaging/delivery process and cannot be a reason for exchange or return. Small wrinkles, bent, creases, tears, etc., on the cover cannot be a reason for exchange or return. The inner sleeve may be affected because contact with the disk cannot be a reason for exchange or return. The disk label may need to be applied more smoothly due to the nature of the process.

IN-STORE PICKUP POLICY
Once your order is ready for in-store pickup, an email notification will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.
- BELLAIRE : Monday - Thursday (11 PM - 7 PM), Friday - Sunday (11 AM - 8 PM)
- KATY: Sunday - Friday (11 PM - 8 PM), Sunday (11 AM - 9 PM)
Processing time:
Once in-store pickup order has been submitted, please allow 2-3 BUSINESS DAYS to be processed and ready to be picked up at our physical store on the dates / hours above.
Once it is ready to be picked up, you will receive a SECOND notification via email. When picking up, please provide a valid photo ID or verify order details such as order number, name on order, or billing address.
We highly recommend customers to pick up within 1-2 weeks of their order being ready for in-store pickup.
