The expected release date is 09.15.21 and it usually takes us 3-5 business days or in certain cases, it may take up to a week to receive the shipment. However, due to high-demand and large volume of pre-orders for the ATEEZ pre-order, it may take up to 1-3 weeks after the release date for us to fulfilled the pre-orders we received. Please note that this is not a guaranteed time frame, as we may be able to fulfill it earlier or later than expected. Once we receive it, our shipping team will begin fulfillment processing on a first-order, first-serve basis.

Depending on the pre-order volume, fulfillment processing could take longer than expected.

Please order with consideration. ALL PRE-ORDER SALES ARE FINAL - NO RETURN / NO CANCELLATION.

IMPORTANT: If you order any pre-orders with in-stock albums, it will be held until all albums are ready to be shipped or picked up at a specific location you choose.

Please keep in mind that the production time of the ADDITIONAL PHOTOCARD GIFT could be delayed, so it may take up to an additional 1-2 weeks to receive the shipment after it is released from Korea. Please note that this is not a guaranteed time frame as we may receive it earlier or later, but on certain occasions, the Exclusive Photocard arrived later than the album.

** Please note that this special gift can only be guaranteed if you place your order before the pre-order deadline (unless sold out). Depending on availability, it may still be available after the album releases while inventory lasts.

** Small spots, scratches, flaws, discoloration, etc. may occur due to the nature of the material or during the manufacturing/packaging/delivery process and cannot be a reason for exchange or return.

POSTER: You MUST select the UNFOLDED POSTER option BEFORE adding the item to your cart.

- If you choose UNFOLDED, then it will be SHIPPED SEPARATELY!

*If an album has an assigned version poster, that poster will be sent out along with the same version of the album. However, a RANDOM version will be sent out if that poster version is unavailable.

If you purchase the album with an UNFOLDED poster, please keep in mind that the poster is shipped separately in a tube, and it may be delivered at a different time than your album.
