DUE TO MANUFACTURER DELAY AND CUSTOMS ISSUE, THIS ALBUM PROCESSING COULD TAKE LONGER THAN EXPECTED. WE ARE GOING TO TRY OUR BEST TO FULFILL WITHIN 1-2 WEEKS (STARTING FROM 12/8/21).

The expected release date is 11.30.21, however, the processing time of HOLOGRAM PHOTOCARD could delay so it may take up to 1-2 weeks to receive the shipment once it releases from Korea. Please note that this is not a guaranteed time frame as we may receive it earlier or later. Once we receive it, our shipping team will begin fulfillment processing on a first-order, first-serve basis.

Depending on the volume of pre-orders, fulfillment processing could take longer than expected. Also, since it is the holiday season, receiving from Korea and processing at the warehouse could take longer than estimated (up to 1-2 weeks after the release date.
